Tuticorin has two bus stands. Old Bus stand caters the need of both local people and out siders.While new Bus stand caters the need of tourist only.Tamilnadu State transport buses help in connecting Tuticorin to different cities in Tamilnadu.

Rail :

Tuticorin has one Railway station ,Trains used for goods handling is more than Passenger trains.

Tamilnadu state transport buses help in local transport, they are cheap compared to auto rikshaws.
